For almost 100 years, the ACLU has worked to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the United States. The ACLU has taken on some of the most significant, precedentsetting civil rights cases of the last century.

The ACLU of Northern California is hosting an event for their loyal donors on May 28, 2019. They are infusing art in as many ways as possible, starting with contributions from local artists for the centerpieces. The centerpieces were originally blank 3D plaster canvasses in the form of a solidarity fist (created by students at City College of San Francisco).

Aaron Wilder was selected as one of the participating artists. His piece is entitled "Two Intersecting Rainbows Uniting in Solidarity."
